Tomato Basil Crackers |  Vegetable Day

Ingredients
  • Pam
  • bunch of fresh basil
  • pink Himalayan salt
  • garlic powder
  • ¼ cup sugar-free, vinegar-free ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Singoda flour
  • 3 TBSP sugar-free, vinegar-free salsa (or make fresh salsa)
Directions
  • spray Pam over basil (stems and all) then sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt and lots of garlic powder, cook in oven until crisp
  • mix ketchup, Singoda flour, salsa and basil
  • add a little garlic powder and salt to the dough, roll it into a ball and spread it thin to bake
  • when half-baked cut it into little squares and return to the air fryer to bake the crackers until crisp
  • enjoy!
