Kale Fritters |  Vegetable Day
    
	
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	      
            - Pam 
 
            - 6 oz Kale 
 
            - 8 oz Mushrooms 
 
            - 1 bell pepper 
 
            - 1 TBSP Vegan egg 
 
            - garlic 
 
            - 1/4 cup Singoda flour 
 
            - 3 TBSP legal  salsa 
 
            - legal ketchup optional to serve 
 
          
  
    Directions
     
            - sautéed kale, mushrooms, bell peppers with lots of       garlic and PAM
 
               - in a bowl mix vegan egg, singoda flour, salt and legal       salsa
 
               - add sautéed veggies then add water until doughy
 
               - divide into 9 patties
 
               - spray pan with Pam and fry the patties
