July 4 Star Fruit Salad	 |  Vegetable Day
    
	Makes 2 servings - uses 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	       
                - 2 thin slices watermelon
- 1 white peach
- 1 cup blueberries
 
    Directions
      
                - slice peach top down into as many thin “circles”  as you can
- using small star shaped cookie cutter, slice  peach and watermelon
- combine with blueberries in a bowl
