July 4 Fruit Sparklers	 |  Vegetable Day
    
	These sparklers are easy to make and fun to eat!
Makes 1 serving - 4 skewers is 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	      
                   - 2 thin slices watermelon
- 37 blueberries
- 4 slices banana
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup water
 
    Directions
     
                      - Mix lemon juice and water in a medium bowl and  set aside.
- Peel and slice banana, 1/4” to 1/2” thick
- Place banana slices in bowl of lemon juice to  prevent browning.
- Cut watermelon into star shapes using small cookie cutters.
- Wash blueberries.
- Create skewers as follows:- 1 skewer - slide onto skewer 1 blueberry, 1 banana, 1 blueberry, 1 banana, 1 blueberry, 1 banana, 1 blueberry, 1 banana, 1 blueberry, 1 watermelon star
- 4 skewers - slide onto skewer 8 blueberries, 1 watermelon star
 
                - Place skewers on serving platter or in a  decorative cup.
