Maple Syrup Smoothie |  Milk Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 10 oz of your daily milk allowance

Ingredients
  • 2 TBSP of Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  • 1 TBSP of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Xanthum gum
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or other zero calorie sweetener
  • 10 oz whole milk
  • 5 ice cubes
Directions
  • combine all ingredients in a blender
  • blend until desired consistency
      • note, add xanthan gum for thicker consistency
  • pour smoothie into glass
  • enjoy!
