Priscilla's Tomato Raspberry Dressing |  Vegetable Day

Makes 4 servings - uses 4 oz of your daily vegetable allowance

  • 3 medium sized tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 TBSP Walden Farms raspberry fruit spread
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cut tomatoes into small pieces
  • blend all ingredients (salt and pepper, to taste)
  • enjoy over your favorite salad!
