Baked Apple |  Vegetable Day
    
	Makes 1 servings, each serving uses one portion of fruit allowance
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	     
							- 1 Honey crisp apple, cut in quarters
- Pumpkin pie spice (You can substitute cinnamon if you don’t have  the pumpkin pie spice)
- 2 teaspoons of Lakanto
- Zero coconut oil spray  or other zero calorie cooking spray
 
    Directions
     
							- Spray the apples with coconut oil spray
- Add pumpkin pie spice to taste 
- Sprinkle Lakanto over apples 
- Bake for 30 min until caramelized
