Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes	 |  Vegetable Day
    
	Try these tasty vegan pancakes that are gluten-free and have no added sugar. 
 
Makes 1 servings - 4 oz veggie allowance, 1/4 cup of fruit
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	     
							- 1/4  cup Singoda flour
- 1/4  banana
- 15  Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips (= 1 TBSP daily cocoa allowance)
- 1/4  tsp Vegan Egg Yolk or other zero-calorie egg replacement, optional
- 1  packet Splenda Naturals or  other zero calorie sweetener, to taste
- 3  TBSP water
- Zero  calorie cooking spray
 
    Directions
     	
							- Combine Singoda and the vegan egg yolk, optional.
- Add water until fully blended.
- Add packet of sweetener mixing well.
- Gently fold in bananas and chocolate chips.
- Spray pan with cooking spray and pre-heat on high  flame.
- Lower flame to medium-low.
- Batter is quite thick, so spoon into pan spreading as  evenly as possible.
- Flip pancake and cook second side.
- Enjoy plain or with ‘legal’ pancake syrup such as  Lakanto or Walden Farms.
