Root Beer Float |  Milk Day

A timeless treat, the root beer float, also known as the “Black Cow,” got its start in August 1893 in a Colorado mining camp. It's pure gold!

Makes 1 serving. 10 oz of daily milk allowance.

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle of Virgil's or other brand zero-calorie root beer
  • 10 oz cold milk
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • Zero-calorie sweetener, to taste, optional
  • Ice
Directions
  • Put all ingredients except for the root beer in a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture gets nice and frothy.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall glass.
  • Slowly pour the root beer into the mixture.
  • Enjoy!
