Pizza dough |  Vegetable Day

  • 1/4 cup water chestnut flour/Singoda flour (uses 8 oz of your daily vegetable allowance)
  • 6 tsp veggie stock
  • kale flakes
  • tomato sauce and any veggie you like for pizza topping
  • in a big bowl, slowly mix water chestnut flour and kale flakes with the veggie stock until you have dough
  • flatten dough into a thin base
  • cook in an air fryer until golden brown
  • top with tomato sauce and any cooked veg you like on your pizza
  • enjoy!
