Singoda Flour Dumplings   |  Vegetable Day
    
	
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	     
				            - 1.5 cup of water chestnut flour (Singoda flour)
 
                               - 1 cup of water
 
                               - spinach
 
                               - mushroom
 
                               - liquid aminos
 
                               - garlic
 
                               - onion powder
 
                               - salt  &       pepper
 
                               - 1 tbsp of olive oil  
 
						
  
    Directions
     
			                - mix 1 cup of water with flour and mix with a spoon       until it get to a consistency where you can mix with your hands
 
                               - once it’s at a dough consistency let it set for 45       minutes in the meantime cook spinach and mushrooms
 
                               - chop the mushrooms and spinach very finely
 
                               - spray Pam in a pan and add garlic, cook medium       heat
 
                               - add mushrooms and spinach & cook for about 10       minutes
 
                               - add liquid aminos, salt, pepper and onion powder
 
                               - once 45 minutes is up, till out dough flat
 
                               - cut out circles and roll up each circle       individually to make them thin
 
                               - hold circle in your palm and add dumpling filling       then fold neatly
 
                               - once ready to cook add a tbsp of olive oil and fry       in a cast iron or any pan
