Accu Frozen Fruit |  Vegetable Day

Each serving uses 1 serving of your fruit allowance

  • your favorite fruit, fresh or frozen
  • 2 packets Splenda or other zero calorie sweetener
  • 2 TBSP Walden Farms Original Creamer
  • small chunks of frozen fruit or berries for garnish
  • in a blender puree the fruit (if frozen make sure it is thawed out)
  • while it is blending, slowly add cream by the tablespoon until you get very soft consistency
  • add sweetener
  • pour mix into popsicle mold
  • add little chunks of fruit (pineapple, coconut, banana, mango, etc)
  • freeze and enjoy!
