Frozen Chocolate Drops |  Any Day, Any Time

Uses none of your daily allowance

  • 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or Stevia (or to suit your sweetness level)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • water
  • mix all dry ingredients together
  • add vanilla
  • slowly drizzle in water, while stirring until a slightly runny consistency is reached
  • whisk or process in blender to  be sure all lumps are removed
  • put into a squeeze bottle
  • store in refrigerator
  • line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • squeeze out circles of chocolate about the size of a nickel or quarter on the paper
  • place into freezer until solid
  • store in freezer in a zip bag


When you eat one, just allow it to melt in your mouth. Makes several dozen drops. Yummy! A sweet treat most any time.
