Chocolate Caramel Milkshake |  Milk Day

Everyone loves a good milkshake. This healthy take on a classic is the perfect treat for the whole family.

Makes 1 serving. 4 oz of daily milk allowance.

  • 4 oz milk
  • 4 pumps sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 3 pumps sugar-free caramel syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Whipped cream, optional
  • Phase 1: Acc(u)Whipped Cream
  • Phases 2 & 3: Acc(u) or regular whipped cream
  • Combine ingredients and 1/4 cup of crushed ice in a blender.
  • Blend, adding more crushed ice until desired consistency.
  • Pour into tall glass.
  • Optional, top with a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Optional, drizzle with syrup.
  • Enjoy!
