Yolanda's Asian Ginger Sauce |  Vegetable Day

Makes 2 servings – each serving uses none of your daily vegetable allowance

  • 4 oz water
  • 2 oz “legal” vegetable broth
  • 3 TBSP Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 1/2 TBSP minced ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 packets stevia
  • combine ingredients in a small saucepan
  • bring to a boil
  • adjust seasonings to taste
  • use as a salad dressing, dipping sauce,   with stir fry, etc.
  • enjoy!
