Yolanda's Asian Ginger Sauce            |  Vegetable Day
    
	Makes 2 servings – each serving uses none of your daily vegetable allowance
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	     
							- 4 oz water 
- 2 oz “legal” vegetable broth 
- 3 TBSP Bragg's Liquid Aminos 
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 1/2 TBSP minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 
- 2 packets stevia 
 
    Directions
     
							- combine ingredients in a small saucepan
- bring to a boil
- adjust seasonings to taste
- use as a salad dressing, dipping sauce,   with stir fry, etc.
