Crunchy Yogurt |  Milk Day

Sometimes you're just in the mood for something crunchy, which can be challenging on a Milk Day. Here's a simple, healthy way to get your crunch on. This recipe brought to you by member Acc(u)Barbara.

Makes 1 serving. Uses 6 oz of daily milk allowance

  • 6 oz plain yogurt
  • 2-3 "legal" sugar-free candies
  • Pour yogurt into a bowl.
  • Place candies in a Ziploc bag.
  • Seal bag.
  • Crush candy to fine powder (less fine for more crunch).
  • Combine crushed candy into yogurt.
  • Adjust flavor to personal taste.
  • Enjoy!
