Vanilla Milkshake |  Milk Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 6 oz of your daily milk allowance

  • 6 oz whole milk
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract
  • 2 packets Truvia or other zero calorie sweetener
  • 5 - 6 ice cubes
  • pinch xanthan gum (optional - for thicker consistency)
  • sprinkle of fresh ground cinnamon (optional)
  • put milk, vanilla, sweetener and ice cubes in a blender
    • adjust vanilla and sweetener to personal taste
  • mix until smooth
  • if using xanthan gum, add to mixture and blend for another few seconds
  • pour into a glass
  • sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
  • enjoy!
