Kathy's Mango Guacamole Salad |  Vegetable Day
    
	Makes 1 serving - uses 14 oz of your daily vegetable allowance and 1/2 cup of your daily fruit allowance 
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	     
							- 1 avocado
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 tomato
- cilantro, to taste
- salt, to taste
- lime juice, to taste
- 6 oz salad greens
 
    Directions
     
							- chop avocado, mango, tomato, cilantro
- combine chopped ingredients
- add salt and lime juice         
                          - serve over salad greens
