Portobello Mushrooms with Garlic and Rosemary |  Vegetable Day

Ingredients
  • Portobello mushrooms
  • PAM Olive Oil flavor
  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • salt and pepper
Directions
  • spray some PAM Olive Oil flavor in a small bowl
  • finely chop the garlic and slightly chop the rosemary
  • mix the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste in the PAM
  • let marinade for at least an hour
  • brush the marinade on the top of the Portobello mushrooms and either grill on the BBQ (marinade side up) or in the oven
