Brussels Sprouts (Phyllis) |  Vegetable Day

  • sprouts
  • PAM
  • Kosher salt
  • preheat oven to 400
  • place sprouts in foil plan and spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with Kosher salt
  • roast, shaking pan to turn the sprouts until they are brown (not burnt)
  • cut in half and add to a salad
