Apple Cinnamon Delight |  Vegetable Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  • 1 TBSP Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip
  • 1 oz water
  • heat skillet
  • core and slice apple
  • place apple slices in hot skillet
  • add pancake syrup, cinnamon and vanilla
  • cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft but mildly crunchy
    • add water, as needed, to prevent sticking
  • top with marshmallow dip and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • enjoy!
