Gerri's Pineapple Mango Salsa |  Vegetable Day

Makes 4 servings - uses ½ cup of your daily fruit allowance and ½ oz of your daily vegetable allowance

  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • ½ red pepper, chopped
  • cilantro, chopped (to taste)
  • combine ingredients in a bowl
  • use as salad dressing, dip or straight from the bowl
  • enjoy!
