Chocolate Ice Cream |  Milk Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance

(note: You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz.) whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • Walden Farms sugar-free chocolate syrup (to personal taste)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
Directions
  • mix all ingredients well and ensure well chilled
  • pour into ice cream maker per machine instructions. Enjoy!
