Guacamole |  Vegetable Day
    
	As a dip, sauce or salad dressing, delicious doesn't get more versatile than guacamole! This recipe is brought to you by member Acc(u)Val.
Makes 2 servings. 8 oz of daily vegetable allowance.
	
    
    Ingredients
	 
    
	      
                      - 1 avocado, peeled and cut off seed
 
                      - 1 small onion, quartered
 
                      - 1 medium tomato, quartered
 
                      - 1 rounded tsp chopped garlic
 
                      - Cilantro, to taste (fresh is best)
 
                      - Chili powder, to taste
 
                      - Lemon or lime, quartered
 
                      - Salt, to taste
 
                    
  
    Directions
      
                      - Place avocado, onion, tomato and garlic in a food processor.
 
 - Pulse briefly.
 
 - Squeeze lemon or lime juice into mixture, to taste.
 
 - Add cilantro, chili pepper and salt, to taste.
 
 - Pulse until desired texture is achieved.
