Tomato Soup for Milk Days (Linda)
Approx 4 ounces of milk
Approx ¼ cup of Walden Farm's marinara
Dash of basil
Dash of onion powder
Dash of garlic powder
Cayenne pepper to taste if you like it spicy
Creamy Dressing using Alfredo Sauce
Roast your own fresh garlic and puree it with the Alfredo sauce.
Add fresh ground pepper and it makes a great creamy dressing.
Mix the Alfredo sauce with the Scampi sauce to make a creamy type dressing.
It isn't the best tasting, but for someone who really prefers creamy dressings,
it works.
Add some Good Seasons Italian seasoning to the Alfredo sauce and it is really
good.

Spicy Peanut Sauce
Mix equal parts Walden Farm’s Peanut Butter and warm water. Mix until smooth
Cayenne pepper to taste,
A dash of Braggs liquid amino acids
Crushed garlic (use garlic powder if it's not 12-6 on veggie days)
Some Splenda or other sweetener to taste
It's a nice change every once in a while to have something spicy

Special Yogurt
Use
the Walden Farms fruit spread in yogurt. Take little teensy pieces out with a
teaspoon and drop them in the yogurt and mix it all up. If you put chocolate
syrup and raspberry fruit spread, it tastes like a special dessert.
Gilda's Shakes
You
can make great milk shakes with Walden Farms and DaVinci Sugar-Free syrups and
you can add sugar-free, 0-calorie fruit from Walden Farms to the yogurt, or
spices. But no regular fruit or veggies. If you like, you can add some Xanthan
gum (get at health food store) to the milk shakes to make them rich and creamy.
Just 1/2 teaspoon does the trick.

favorite shake is 8 - 10 oz whole milk, 1 teaspoon instant coffee, 1 - 2
Tablespoons WALDEN FARM’S chocolate syrup, lots of ice, 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
-all in the blender and it makes a delicious shake. Takes a while to drink
Barbara's Favorite Shake
In
personal blender (16-0z cup)
6 ounces milk
2 tablespoon Walden Farm's sugar-free chocolate syrup or to taste
1 teaspoon Walden Farm's caramel dip
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to
mixing up. Fill remainder of mixing cup with ice and blend.
Makes a 1-ounce shake.

Farm's Alfredo Sauce Hints (Kate)
Plain,
it is pretty gross - ESPECIALLY when it's cold!
(It tastes, to me, like rancid ranch dressing. I hate ranch dressing!!! BLEH!).
But doctored up, it's not bad! The best thing to add to it is garlic, or
even better - roasted garlic! I think the roasted garlic sort of "warms" up
the flavor of the sauce and brings out the "cheesy" aspect of it
Spinach
Artichoke Dip
In a mini blender, blend a generous 1/4 cup of Walden Farms Alfredo sauce
with 4 - 6 cloves of roasted garlic and about 1/2 - 1T warm water to help it
blend.
Then warm it up to taste it (it tastes *~*HORRIBLE*~* cold!! Do not taste it
cold!).
Doctor it up some more, once warmed, to taste with garlic and onion powders,
salt, and a teeny weenie pinch of ground chipotle (smoky!! I think of it as
legal "bacon" flavor).
Mix in canned artichokes - drained and chopped,
and frozen chopped spinach-thawed and squeezed as dry as possible.
Spread this mixture in a little baking pan and spritz the top with a few
spritzes
of the Flavor Spray parmesan spray, but this is not needed and is optional.
Bake it until hot and bubbly, and then just eat it with a fork.
If you have some of eggplant or zucchini or other veggie chips
those would be good to scoop it up with.
Once I ate it with some roasted cauliflower. Yum
It can
be pretty garlicky. The sauce added some
creaminess and almost kind of cheesiness to the dish, and
that version is just as good as the real thing!
You can doctor up the whole jar of Walden Farms Alfredo Sauce on day 1 with lots
of roasted garlic
