Cook frozen okra with a can of diced tomatoes and season to taste.
garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sauté onions in Pam and add to the mix.

Grill a Portobello mushroom, or mash  steamed cauliflower in a blender.  Add seasonings, Butter Buds, or other sautéed mushrooms and onions.  Turns out like mashed potatoes.
