"The Bead Diet"

Support is important for dieters.  A University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine study showed that 166 people participating in a weight-loss program had the following results:

• Ninety-five percent who participated with friends completed the diet program.
• Seventy-six percent of those who participated alone completed the program.
• Sixty-six percent of the buddy group maintained their weight loss after 10 months.
• Twenty-four percent of the loners kept the weight off.

Accu Weight-Loss, "The Bead Diet," has email support groups to help connect current, past, and future participants of the program.  This is an email support group, not an on-line chat room.  Once enrolled, you receive email correspondence from all members of the group and all members receive each email you send..  You can—
