Jacqueline's Baked Grapefruit |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Makes 2 servings - each serving uses 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance

Ingredients
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 packets stevia
  • cinnamon
Directions
  • preheat oven to 350˚
  • cut grapefruit in half
  • sprinkle 1 packet of stevia on each half
  • sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon
  • bake for 10 minutes
  • enjoy!
