Jacqueline's Baked Grapefruit                                      |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	Makes 2 servings - each serving uses 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
							- 1 grapefruit
 
                            - 2 packets stevia
 
                            - cinnamon
 
						
  
    Directions
     
							- preheat oven to 350˚ 
 
                            - cut grapefruit in half
 
                            - sprinkle 1 packet of stevia on each half
 
                            - sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon
 
                            - bake for 10 minutes
