Mushroom Palmini |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

This Palmini Noodles recipe is so incredibly simple and delicious! We all love an easy dinner that is ready in under 15 minutes, don't we?

Makes 2 servings. 10 oz of daily vegetable allowance.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Palmini noodles, may substitute with other brands
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 6 oz Portobello mushrooms
  • ½ cup arugula
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • FlavorGod cheese flavor seasoning, optional
Directions
  • Drain and wash Palmini noodles.
  • Pre-heat the pan.
  • Add olive oil, mushrooms, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook until mushrooms are starting to brown.
  • Add Palmini noodles and arugula.
  • Stir gently so ingredients are combined and until noodles are hot.
  • Remove from heat to serve.
  • Optional, sprinkle with FlavorGod cheese flavor.
  • Enjoy!
