Homemade Gel Dessert |  Any Day, Any Time
    
	Makes 4 servings - unlimited
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
                        
                          - 1 packet unflavored, unsweetened gelatin (we used  KoJel)
 
                          - 16 oz water (8 oz cold, 8 oz boiling)
 
                          - 5 packets Nectresse or other zero-calorie natural  sweetener
                          
                            - note: 1  Nectresse = 2 tsp sugar, so adjust other brands accordingly
 
                          
                           - 2 tsp fruit-flavored baking extract (we used  raspberry)
                          
                            - make sure ingredients do not include corn syrup
 
                          
                           - food coloring (optional)
 
                        
  
    Directions
     
                        
                          - pour cold water into a mixing bowl
 
                          - slowly pour the gelatin into the water, mixing  well
 
                          - add sweetener, flavor and food coloring, mixing  well
 
                          - adjust sweetener, flavor and color to personal  taste
 
                          - add boiling water, mixing well 
 
                          - pour into bowl or gelatin mold(s)
