	Makes 2 serving – each serving uses 1/2 TBSP of your daily allowance of olive oil
	  
	
    
    Ingredients

4 tsp ReaLemon or any zero-calorie lemon juice from concentrate
 - 
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
 - 1 clove minced garlic
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - pinch of black pepper

 - shake well
