Pumpkin vanilla “cheese” cake |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Makes 2 servings - each serving is 5 oz of daily vegetable allowance

Ingredients
  • 10 oz yogurt
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Teaspoon Lakanto
Directions
  • Mix yogurt and vanilla extract.
  • Sprinkle with a little Lakanto and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Bake at 350 till browned on top and firm.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Enjoy!
