Baked Apple |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Makes 1 servings, each serving uses one portion of fruit allowance

Ingredients
  • 1 Honey crisp apple, cut in quarters
  • Pumpkin pie spice (You can substitute cinnamon if you don’t have the pumpkin pie spice)
  • 2 teaspoons of Lakanto
  • Zero coconut oil spray  or other zero calorie cooking spray
Directions
  • Spray the apples with coconut oil spray
  • Add pumpkin pie spice to taste
  • Sprinkle Lakanto over apples
  • Bake for 30 min until caramelized
  • Enjoy!
