Holiday Pumpkin Pudding |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	Makes 2 servings - uses 1.5 cup of your daily fruit allowance
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
						    - 2 honey       crisp apples
 
					
                          - 1 banana
 
                       
                          - Pam 
 
                          - 1 teaspoon Lakanto sweetener  
 
                          - salt
 
                          - cinnamon 
 
                          - pumpkin pie spice 
 
                          - 2 to 3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée
 
                        
  
    Directions
     
					    - spray apples & banana with cooking spray 
 
                        - add a pinch of salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and a teaspoon of  Lakanto sweetener
 
                        - cook until fruit is soft
 
                        - cool in the fridge
 
                        - add 2 to 3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée
 
                        - put into food processor or blender and blend
