Eloisa's Salad Dressing |  Vegetable Day

Makes 4 servings - uses 4 oz of your daily vegetable allowance

  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 6 little tomatoes
  • Flavor God Spice
  • 4 fire roasted red pepper (organic packed in water)
  • 1/2 cup water from jar of red pepper
  • ground pepper
  • combine ingredients in blender and blend until required consistency
  • adjust seasonings to taste
  • use as a salad dressing
  • enjoy!
