Eloisa's Salad Dressing | Vegetable/Fruit Day
Makes 4 servings - uses 4 oz of your daily vegetable allowance
Ingredients
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 6 little tomatoes
- Flavor God Spice
- 4 fire roasted red pepper (organic packed in water)
- 1/2 cup water from jar of red pepper
- ground pepper
Directions
- combine ingredients in blender and blend until required consistency
- adjust seasonings to taste
- use as a salad dressing
- enjoy!
