Watermelon Pops |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	Healthy, refreshing and hydrating, these pops are a hit on a hot summer day!
Makes multiple servings - 4 pops are 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
							- 1/4 watermelon
 
                            - 1/2 cup blueberries
 
                      - Mint leaves
 
  
    Directions
     
					    - Cut watermelon in half lengthwise.
 
                        - Cut watermelon in 1” thick slices.
 
                        - Push onto popsicle sticks
 
                        - Place watermelon “pops” on a plate.
 
                        - Garnish with blueberries and mint.
