Nancy's Cinnamon Yogurt |  Milk/Yogurt Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance

Ingredients
  • 8 oz plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • stevia or other zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
Directions
  • pour yogurt into a bowl
  • slowly add other ingredients to yogurt, mixing well
  • adjust flavors to personal taste
  • enjoy!
