Kate's Cream Of Celery Soup  |  Milk/Yogurt Day
    
	Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     	
							     - 8 oz whole milk
 
                    - celery salt, to taste
 
                    - 1 tsp onion powder           
 
                    - ½ tsp garlic powder
 
                    - 1 tsp xanthan gum
 			
  
    Directions
     - heat milk
 
                      - add onion and garlic powder (adjust, to taste) 
 
                      - mix well
 
                      - add celery salt, to taste
 
                      - mix well 
 
  
    - slowly mix in xanthan gum until creamy  consistency
 
    
      - note, you may need less than 1 tsp of xanthan gum
