White Chocolate Banana Pudding |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	Makes 2 servings - uses 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance 
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
                      - ½ cup water
 
                      - ½ packet unflavored gelatin
 
                      - 2 bananas
 
                      - 2 oz DaVinci Gourmet white chocolate sugar free  syrup
 
                      - 1 lemon slice
 
                      - 1-2 packets Truvia or other zero-calorie  sweetener (optional)
 
                      - Walden Farms sugar free caramel syrup (optional)
 
                      - 1 strawberry (for garnish)
 
                    
  
    Directions
     
                      - boil the water
 
                      - dissolve gelatin into the water and stir until  water is clear
 
                      - let gelatin cool 
 
                      - blend the bananas until liquefied
 
                      - combine liquefied bananas and white chocolate  syrup
 
                      - squeeze in juice of a small lemon slice to keep  the banana mixture from  turning a brownish yellow
 
                  
                      - blend dissolved gelatin into banana mixture
 
                      - add Truvia, to taste (optional)
 
                      - pour mixture into two small bowls
 
                      - refrigerate
 
                      - prior to serving, drizzle caramel syrup over top  (optional)
 
                      - cut strawberry in half to use as garnish  (optional)
