Watermelon Granita |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	Makes 2 serving - uses 1 cup of your daily fruit allowance
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	      
                      - 2 cups chopped watermelon 
(remove seeds)
 
                      - 6 packets Truvia or 
                        other zero-calorie sweetener                        
 
                      - 1 TBSP ReaLemon or
                        other zero-calorie lemon juice 
                        
          
 -  Optional sprig of mint or lemon/lime wedge
 
                    
  
    Directions
      
                      -  combine ingredients in a blender, mixing until smooth 
 
                      - pour mixture into a wide, shallow pan and freeze for 1 hour 
 
                      -  remove from freezer 
 
                      - using a fork, rake the mixture breaking up ice crystals especially along the edges 
 
                      - place in freezer again for 1 hour 
 
                      - remove from freezer 
 
                      - using a fork, rake the mixture again 
 
                      - place in freezer again for 1 hour 
 
                      - remove from freezer 
 
                      - scoop mixture into glasses or bowls 
 - optional, garnish with mint or lemon/lime
