Gilda's Guacamole |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Ingredients
  • 1 Haas avocado (mash with fork to consistency you like)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ to 1-teaspoon chili powder, to taste
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced in very small dice
Directions
  • mix together
  • note from Gilda: I like to add the tomato dice for additional texture. You can add cilantro.
  • It's great to add to salads but I like it as a dip for crudités
