Best Avocado Salad |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Ingredients
  • 12-15 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 scallions, chopped or slices of red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 lime
  • Your choice of salad greens
  • Your choice of seasonings. Recommended: sea salt & garlic, black pepper, and dry minced garlic.
Directions
  • In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, scallions and avocado then squeeze 1/2 lime over it and mix.
  • Add in seasonings of your choice and mix.
  • Add in your greens and stir from the bottom up until salad and vegetables are mixed well.
  • Enjoy!
