Success Story
I started mid-September of 2016 and by the middle of December, I reached my goal of 130 pounds.



I've been on and off diets for most of my adult life. I was never terribly overweight but always wanted to be 30 pounds lighter. I did ok on Nestle's Sweet Success but then the product was discontinued, so I gained back all my weight. Then I tried Opti Fast. Not too bad, but not too good either. My last attempt was Nutrisystem. I stayed on that for a year and a half and managed to gain 10 pounds! Then a co-worker told me about the Bead Diet. She lost 25 pounds in two months. I was so impressed that I just had to try it. After all, I'm very competitive, and if she can do it, so can I.

So I started mid-September of 2016 and by the middle of December, I reached my goal of 130 pounds. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I LOVE THIS DIET!! I was so motivated that I changed my goal to 125, and reached that in no time at all. Now I want to go down to 120 and I just know that I can do it. I've spoken to so many people about this diet and many say they could never stick to it, but if I can do it, anyone can!
