Roasted Honeynut Squash	 |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	Makes 2 servings - 4 oz each   
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
							- 1  Honey nut squash 
 
                            - Cinnamon
 
                            - Salt
 
						
  
    Directions
     
							- Preheat oven to 425
 
                            - Slice honeynut squash in half lengthwise 
 
                            - Scoop out the seeds and excess stringy flesh
 
                            - Place on a baking tray
 
                            - Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
 
                          - Place in oven for 20-30 mins until flesh is soft to  pierce with a fork
