Kale Fritters |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Ingredients
  • Pam
  • 6 oz Kale
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 TBSP Vegan egg
  • garlic
  • 1/4 cup Singoda flour
  • 3 TBSP legal salsa
  • legal ketchup optional to serve
Directions
  • sautéed kale, mushrooms, bell peppers with lots of garlic and PAM
  • in a bowl mix vegan egg, singoda flour, salt and legal salsa
  • add sautéed veggies then add water until doughy
  • divide into 9 patties
  • spray pan with Pam and fry the patties
  • serve with legal ketchup, enjoy!
