Belle’s Banana Bread |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	2 servings - each serving uses 1¼ of your daily fruit allowance.  
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
						    - 1 banana
 
                               - 1/4 cup plantain       flour
 
                               - 1/4  cup applesauce (no added sugar)
 
                               - 1/4 tsp baking       soda
 
                               - 1/4 tsp baking       powder
 
                               - 1/2 tsp       cinnamon
 
                               - 1 tsp egg       replacer
 
                               - couple sprays Pam 
 
                               - couple sprays 0       calorie coconut spray 
 
                               - 1/2 cup Swerve 0 calorie       brown sugar 
 
						
  
    Directions
     
				          - Mix together in       a blender and blend until smooth
