Belle’s Banana Bread |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

2 servings - each serving uses 1¼ of your daily fruit allowance.

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup plantain flour
  • 1/4  cup applesauce (no added sugar)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp egg replacer
  • couple sprays Pam
  • couple sprays 0 calorie coconut spray
  • 1/2 cup Swerve 0 calorie brown sugar
Directions
  • Mix together in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Bake at 400 for 30 mins
