Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
2 ½ lbs butternut squash
2-3 carrots
1-2 celery stalks
1 onion
2 apples
5-7 cups of vegetable broth
1 ½ tsp curry powder
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of ginger
Directions
mix everything in a large pot
bring to the boil and then simmer for 40 minutes
puree with a stick blender or in a blender
