Vanilla Milkshake |  Milk/Yogurt Day
    
	Makes 1 serving. 6 oz of daily milk allowance. 
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
							- 6 oz milk
 
                            - 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
 
                            - Zero-calorie sweetener
 
                            - 5 - 6 ice cubes
 
                            - Pinch xanthan gum (optional - for thicker  consistency) 
 
                            - Sprinkle of fresh ground cinnamon (optional)
 
						
  
    Directions
     
							- Put milk, vanilla, sweetener and ice cubes in a  blender.
                          
                              - Adjust  vanilla and sweetener to personal taste.
 
                        
                             - Blend until smooth.
 
                            - If using xanthan gum, add to mixture and blend  for another few seconds.
 
                            - Pour into a glass.
 
                            - Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
