Vanilla Milkshake |  Milk/Yogurt Day

Makes 1 serving. 6 oz of daily milk allowance.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • Zero-calorie sweetener
  • 5 - 6 ice cubes
  • Pinch xanthan gum (optional - for thicker consistency)
  • Sprinkle of fresh ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions
  • Put milk, vanilla, sweetener and ice cubes in a blender.
    • Adjust vanilla and sweetener to personal taste.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If using xanthan gum, add to mixture and blend for another few seconds.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
  • Enjoy!
