Peach Cobbler Filling |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

This practically perfect peach cobbler is delicious on its own or used as a pie filling. This recipe is brought to you by member Acc(u)Rebecca.

Makes 2 servings. Uses 1 cup of daily fruit allowance.

Directions
  • Combine ingredients in a saucepan on high heat until it comes to a boil.
  • Reduce to a slow boil and simmer until water is evaporated creating a pie filling consistency, approximately 25 mins.
  • Stir, as necessary, to prevent boiling over or sticking.
  • Enjoy!
