Apple Pie Shake (Mitch) |  Milk/Yogurt Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. milk
  • Zero-calorie caramel syrup
  • 2 big dollops of yogurt (optional, and be sure to count in your daily allowance)
  • 2 packages of Splenda
  • apple pie spice (to taste)
  • 2 ice cubes
